Honne offers its customers the possibility to request changes and refunds within a period of 15 days of the receipt of the online order.
Honne will check the correct condition of the item and proceed to exchange or return. Returns do not include shipping costs.
For orders over 500€ Honne o ers free shipping.
To return the item: (Returns from EU country and Spain)
1. Place the item in the original shipping box.
2. Fill out the returns form and include them inside the box.
3. Close the box and tape it securely.
4. Place the shipping label on the box.
5. Contact the authorized transport company for pick up or by bringing it to your local collection point.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
Orders placed on honnethebrand.com cannot be returned or exchanged in any Honne stores.
Once Honne receives your return and has inspected it, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received your returned item and also to inform you the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed and the amount will be refunded in its original form of payment within a few days.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of your return.
Honne only accepts regular priced items for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Credit Card Refund:
The time required to refund purchases with a credit card varies according to the credit card companies. Usually the transaction takes up to 6 and 7 business days from the day of our refund con rmation e-mail.
The refund will be made within 24 hours a er receiving the refund con rmation e-mail from Honne.
